Make a Puppet:

Take a paper plate. Draw a face on it. Glue it to the top of a popsicle stick, and you have a puppet! or, fold the paper plate in half and make a mouth for an animal or funny character. Add yarn, felt, feathers, or cotton balls for hair if you’d like.

Take one more Popsicle sticks. Glue it across the first one about 1/3 of the way down for a handle to hold. Add a cardboard, paper towel cylinder for strength if the puppet head is a little heavy depending on the “hair” used.

To make a little girl, cut out a long dress(triangle) for a girl, and glue it on the puppet. Decorate the dress with your crayons. Cut out a shirt and pants for a little boy puppet.

Or, make  a Bible character with a long robe and draw a belt around his waist. Use your imagination, and you can make them look like anyone.

Make up a story and do a puppet show for Mommy and Daddy. Have fun and stay happy!
